Description
Build: The new Slurryquip Single Macerator Umbilical are built with Strenx® steel in the chassis to ensure that the dribble bar is both lightweight and robust. This high-strength steel enhances the equipment's performance and longevity, allowing it to withstand the rigorous demands of agricultural use.
Performance: The dribble bar offers ease of turning with a pivot range of up to 180 degrees. The 50mm outlet pipes reduce blockages and improve flow, while the see-through 50mm outlet pipes allow operators to monitor the slurry flow visually.
Macerator: Each Xiphos macerator, is equipped with 4 Hardox® serrated blades, capable of chopping of various materials. Additionally, the macerators come with up to 3 years warranty on wearing parts, providing peace of mind. Slurryquip has over 3,000 Xiphos macerator units in the market as of 2021, with extensive testing since 2016. The Xiphos macerators are known for their aggressive cutting mechanism and blade durability, and able to handle hard materials like round bale silage and wood chips.
