This article gave an insight of the issues that come with dispatching container trucks. It is different from something that I do at this moment, but the article showed what is it that they are trying to get done to facilitate the work of dispatchers and decrease the number of human errors. It is a useful article to read to get a perspective on what problems dispatchers face in a different branch of the same field, which will help me solve the issue my coworkers and I face every day.
