The 5 & 7 Letter Rule *

When using commands that will affect others, you need to use the first 5 letters of the username.

When using commands such as :kick or :ban, you need to use the first 7 letters of the username.

Here Is An Example Of When You Will Use The 5 And 7 letter Command Rule When Executing Certain Commands
The cross symbolises it is not needed. The tick symbolises it is needed. 

On-Duty Commands

There are no restrictions to what commands you are allowed or not allowed to use as long as they are all done for a reason.

:all commands (e.g. :load all, :bring all, :refresh all etc) are restricted to ➟ Management, ➟ Chairman, and STS Hosts.

If you require an Off/on Duty High Ranking Staff member, use the PM command. Don't just TP to them while they are in the middle of their RP.

Off-Duty Commands

When off-duty there are only limited commands you can use which is determined by your rank.

Junior Admin+ can apply for Off-duty commands permissions via a management ticket.

➟ Chairman: All commands are allowed to be used whilst off duty. Moderation actions do not need to be logged.

➟ Management Team: All commands are allowed to be used whilst off duty WITH REASON and with the EXCEPTION of :ban unless a member of the ➟ Moderation team requests that they do so in a mod scene. A few reasons why the team will use off duty commands:

• :refresh (Only for self use)

• :load (Only for self use)\

• :killlogs

• :view (Only to view an On-Duty Staff member)

• :to (Only to teleport to an On-Duty Staff member)

• :pm (Only to give a verbal warning to an On-Duty Staff member)

• :wanted (If spotted unwhitelisted police with a firearm, incorrect livery or uniform)

➟ Internal Affairs:

• :refresh 

• :wanted (If spotted unwhitelisted police with a firearm, incorrect livery or uniform)

➟ Administration:

• :refresh (Only for self use)

➟ Moderation:

• :refresh (Only for self use)

The :refresh command can only be used on duty to fix glitches and update avatars, not to heal yourself, get out of handcuffs

To kick or ban anyone off duty, you need a staff member present to go through proof beforehand.

Custom :h Commands 

When on duty, you will find a channel which will have multiple commands that you can copy and paste into the server. Staff copy & Pastes 

You are not allowed to announce your own :h commands and must only use the ones from the channel which is visible only when you are on duty.

The only time you are allowed to do a custom :h command is when you receive a mod call and they request for you to announce that their civilian business is open. You may be asked "Can you announce three guys is open" and then you will use your own custom :h command to announce that three guys is open.
Eg: ":h Three Guys is now Open!!! Head over to checkout some of their fantastic food."

Healing Command *

If someone asks you to heal them in a mod scene, ensure of the following things before you do so:

• They died because of someone breaking an ingame rule (RDM)

• There are no ambulance service online
