SavingPlus Consultant Private Limited (“Company”, “SavingPlus”, “SlotNow”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of individuals who use the SlotNow mobile application, website and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

SlotNow is a technology and facilitation platform that may enable users to discover Service Providers, view available services, search nearby services, request or make appointments, select available slots and manage bookings.

The Platform may include, among others, Doctors, Clinics, Hospitals, Diagnostic or healthcare-related service providers, Automobile Service Centres, Garages, Salons, Beauty and Wellness Service Providers, Repair and Maintenance Providers and other service categories that may be added from time to time.

By accessing or using SlotNow, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required under applicable law, we will obtain consent through an appropriate notice, consent mechanism or other legally permissible method.If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should discontinue use of the Platform to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you disable location access, certain nearby-search or location-based features may not function properly.

5. AUTOMOBILE-RELATED INFORMATION

Where you use automobile-related services, SlotNow may collect information such as:

- Vehicle registration number;

- Vehicle make/model;

- Vehicle model number or model details, where applicable;

SlotNow does not itself perform automobile repair, maintenance, inspection or other automobile services unless expressly stated otherwise.

Service Providers may provide information to SlotNow for listing and facilitation purposes, including:

- Name/business name;

- Mobile number;

- Email address;

- Business/service location;

- Services offered;

- Working hours;

- Availability;

- Professional or business information supplied by the Service Provider; and

- Other information reasonably required for listing and booking facilitation.

SlotNow may display such information to Users for the purpose of discovering and booking services.

7. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER REGARDING LICENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS

SlotNow is a technology and facilitation platform.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service or feature, SlotNow does not undertake to independently verify or guarantee the following information relating to a Service Provider:

- Licence;

- Registration;

- Professional qualification;

- Certification;

- Accreditation;

- Professional competence;

- Quality of service;

- Legal status;

- Ownership; or

- Performance.

This includes Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics, Automobile Service Providers, Salons and other Service Providers.

Service Providers are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining all licences, registrations, permissions and approvals applicable to their own business or profession.

Users should independently verify credentials or other information wherever they consider such verification necessary.

8. INFORMATION GENERATED THROUGH USE OF THE PLATFORM

We may collect information relating to your use of SlotNow, such as:

- Searches performed;

- Service categories viewed;

- Service Providers viewed;

- Slots searched or selected;

- Booking and appointment history;

- Cancellation or rescheduling information;

- Operating system;

- SMS/OTP delivery;

- Push notifications;

- Analytics;

- Application infrastructure; and

- Other services necessary to operate SlotNow.
