Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Sloth Travel mobile application (the "Service") operated by SlothStudio ("us", "we", or "our").

By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Nature of Service (Offline Use)
Sloth Travel is a travel logging tool designed for offline use. You acknowledge that:
Data is stored locally on your device.
We do not provide cloud synchronization or remote backup services.
Uninstalling the app or clearing app data will result in the permanent loss of all logged information unless you have manually exported it.
3. User Responsibility for Data
You are solely responsible for the data you input into the app. While we strive to provide a reliable tool, we are not responsible for:
The loss of data due to hardware failure, software bugs, or device loss.
The accuracy of the trip details or expense calculations you enter.
The security of any data you manually export from the app to other platforms or storage.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated data) are and will remain the exclusive property of SlothStudio and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the app.
Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Distribute modified versions of the app.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SlothStudio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
