The Suffern Sea Lions is a year-round comprehensive United States Swimming (USS) club swim program.
We offer 3 sessions throughout the year:
* Fall/Winter session runs from September through March.
* Spring session runs from mid-April through mid-June.
* Summer Swim League runs from mid-June through July.
