REQUIRED FORMS FOR ALL SPORTS/ALL ATHLETES

All HS athletes must have a current annual physical on file prior to participating in official practices and games. Physicals are not required for tryouts. 

All HS athletes must be registered with www.aktivate.com (formerly Register My Athlete) in order to compete.
