These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SLite VOD Player application ("App", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.
SLite VOD Player is a media player application.
The App is only a player and does not provide media content or IPTV services.
SLite VOD Player does not:
Provide IPTV subscriptions
Provide television channels
Provide M3U playlists
Provide Xtream Codes
Provide streaming accounts
Host movies or TV shows
Host television channels
Upload or distribute media content
Sell or provide access to copyrighted content
Provide pirated or illegal content
The App is designed to play content from sources that the user is legally authorized to access.
Users may be able to add their own playlists, media URLs, accounts, or other content sources to the App.
The user is solely responsible for the content and sources they add or access through SLite VOD Player.
You represent and agree that you have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, subscriptions, or other legal authorization required to access and use the content you play through the App.
You agree not to use SLite VOD Player to:
Access unauthorized or pirated content
Stream copyrighted content without permission
Distribute copyrighted material without authorization
Circumvent copyright protections
Access illegal IPTV services
Access content that you do not have permission to use
Violate applicable laws or regulations
Use the App for fraudulent or unlawful activities
Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of the App
We do not authorize or encourage any illegal use of the App.
SLite VOD Player does not control, operate, or provide third-party media sources.
Any channels, movies, TV shows, videos, audio, playlists, URLs, or other content displayed or played through the App originate from sources selected or provided by the user or third parties.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, legality, quality, ownership, or licensing of third-party content.
We respect the intellectual property rights of content owners.
Users must only access content for which they have the appropriate authorization.
If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that the App is being used in connection with unauthorized content, please contact us with relevant information.
We may take appropriate action where required by applicable law.
The App may interact with third-party services, websites, servers, APIs, playlists, or media sources.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, functionality, content, privacy practices, or terms.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
Because SLite VOD Player does not provide or host the media content, we cannot guarantee that any third-party content, playlist, stream, channel, or media source will always be available.
Playback may be affected by the user's internet connection, third-party servers, source availability, device compatibility, or other factors outside our control.
You are responsible for:
The media sources you add to the App
The content you access through the App
Maintaining any required subscriptions or permissions
Ensuring that your use of the App is lawful
Complying with copyright and intellectual property laws
Keeping any login credentials or account information secure
SLite VOD Player is provided as a media playback tool.
We do not guarantee that the App will support every third-party media source, format, server, playlist, or streaming service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from third-party content, third-party services, unauthorized content, or misuse of the App.
