This privacy policy applies to the Sling Squad: Gun Run Shooter app for mobile devices (package com.online.slingsquad), together with any related services operated by Abzal Baiturinov (collectively, the "Application"). Abzal Baiturinov is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and Use
The Application itself does not ask you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or other contact details. Your game progress (levels, coins, upgrades and settings) is stored only on your device.
The Application shows advertising through the Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) mediation SDK. When you use the Application, this SDK and the ad networks it works with may automatically collect information such as: your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID); your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address and the approximate location derived from it; device information, such as the device model, operating system and its version, language and screen size; information about your interaction with ads, such as ads shown, clicked or watched, and rewarded videos completed; diagnostic information, such as crash reports and app performance data.
This information is used to show ads, to measure and improve ad performance, for analytics, and to prevent fraud and keep the service secure.
Cookies and tracking technologies
The Application's third-party SDKs may use the advertising identifier, SDKs and similar technologies to support ad delivery, analytics and fraud prevention. Where required by applicable law, consent will be obtained before using non-essential tracking technologies. You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads on some devices).
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at aviz1133@gmail.com. Because the Service Provider does not hold account data, requests about data collected by the advertising SDK may also be sent to the third-party provider listed below.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Third Party Access
The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies about handling data. The information described above is shared with these providers so that they can deliver ads, analytics and fraud prevention:

International Data Transfers
The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, appropriate mechanisms will be used, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, adequacy decisions or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms, or your consent where required and legally permitted.
The Service Provider may disclose information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process; when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; and with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop further collection of information by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling stops the Application from collecting data from your device, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to third parties. To request deletion of your personal data, to withdraw consent, or to exercise any of your rights, contact the Service Provider at aviz1133@gmail.com.
Data Retention Policy
Game progress stored on your device is kept until you delete the Application or its data. Data collected by third-party SDKs is retained according to their own privacy policies. Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies you.
Children
The Application is not directed at children under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or market the Application to them. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at aviz1133@gmail.com so that the necessary actions can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Data sent by the Application's advertising SDK is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
