These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Slideshow Maker – Photo Video mobile application (the "App") and its associated services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You retain all ownership rights to the photos, videos, and music you use within the App. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any photos, videos, or audio files you choose to incorporate into your slideshows. You agree not to use the App to create content that infringes on the rights of others or violates any applicable laws.
You agree to use the App responsibly and not to:
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Upload or transmit any viruses or malicious code.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the App's performance.
a. Subscriptions
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Annual) to unlock Pro Features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Charge: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
b. One-Time Purchases
Any one-time purchases made within the App (e.g., to remove the watermark) are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slideshow Maker – Photo Video and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction from which the App is operated.
