Discovered in the outskirts of one of the SLICE fields -- SMACSJ0028.2-7537 -- is a spectacular case of galaxy-galaxy lens. A background spiral galaxy fortuitously positioned almost exactly behind a massive foreground elliptical. The foreground galaxy lenses the background galaxy into an "Einstein Ring". 

This serendipitous discovery was selected to be featured as JWST picture of the month  and also TIMES | The Best Space Photos of The Year!
