April 1, 1920: Established as "Shinchiku Prefecture Public Sihu Branch of Shihu Public School."
April 1, 1927: Approved to become an independent school, renamed "Shinchiku Prefecture Public Wuhu Public School."
April 1, 1941: Renamed "Shinchiku Prefecture Public Wuhu National School."
1947: After Taiwan's restoration, the school was placed under the jurisdiction of Shinchiku County and renamed "Shinchiku County Sihu Township Wuhu National School."
October 25, 1950: Miaoli was established as a county, and the school was renamed "Miaoli County Sihu Township Wuhu National School."
August 3, 1954: Sihu Township was officially renamed Xihu Township, and the school was renamed "Xihu Township Wuhu National School."
February 1, 1962: Established Sihu Branch School, which became independent four years later and was renamed "Ruihu National School."
August 1, 1968: The government implemented a nine-year compulsory education system, and the school was renamed "Wuhu Elementary School."
