TERMS OF SERVICES

1. General

• By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed here.

• I have the right to decline any request for any reason.

• These terms may update over time.

2. Payment

• Payment is upfront or 50% upfront + 50% after sketch approval (your choice).

• Payments are accepted through: (PayPal, CashApp)

• No refunds after I begin the line art stage.

3. Process & Turnaround

• Turnaround time is typically 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity and my schedule.

• I will send updates at major stages:

  • Sketch

  • Lineart

  • Coloring

• You may request up to 2 minor revisions during the sketch stage.

• Major changes after the sketch stage may require an additional fee. ($0.50)

4. What I Will Draw

• Couples

• OCs

• Soft romance

• Creepy‑cute characters

• Stylized portraits

• Mild horror themes

What I Will NOT Draw

• NSFW

• Mecha

• Heavy gore

• Hateful or offensive content

• Real people without permission

5. Usage Rights

• Personal use only unless otherwise discussed.

• You may post the artwork with proper credit.

• You may NOT:

  • remove my watermark

  • claim the art as your own

  • use it for commercial purposes

  • train AI with my artwork

I retain the right to post the artwork in my portfolio unless you request otherwise.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• If I have not started the sketch, you may request a full refund.

• If I have started the sketch, you may receive a 50% refund.

• No refunds after line art begins.

7. Communication

• Please respond within 48 hours during the commission process.

• If I do not hear back after multiple attempts, your commission may be paused or canceled.
