Sleep Discipline Privacy Policy

Sleep Discipline helps users maintain a screen-free sleep routine.

Data stored on your device

Sleep Discipline stores your sleep-window schedule, routine history, streak progress, blocked-app attempt count and time, morning check-in, optional sleep-quality selections, app settings, and permission status locally on your device.

Sleep Discipline does not create user accounts. It does not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking SDKs. It does not transmit your routine data to our servers.

Accessibility Service

Sleep Discipline uses Android Accessibility Service during an active sleep window to determine which app is in the foreground. When a non-allowed app is opened, Sleep Discipline returns you to the app. Accessibility information is processed on your device and is not transmitted or shared.

Camera

Sleep Discipline uses the camera only when you choose to use feature(Torch) that requires it. Camera content is processed on your device and is not stored or transmitted by Sleep Discipline.

Notifications and alarms

Sleep Discipline requests notification and alarm permissions to schedule and show sleep-window reminders.

Data retention and deletion

Your data remains on your device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall Sleep Discipline. You can delete all locally stored app data through Android Settings, Apps-> Sleep Discipline -> Storage -> Clear storage.

We may update this policy when the app changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
