You can use the App completely anonymously.

If you delete the App, reset your device, or clear app storage, your data will be permanently removed.
The App uses a third-party error monitoring service, Sentry, to collect technical crash reports and diagnostics when the App encounters errors.
Crash reports may include limited technical information such as:
Device model
Operating system version
App version
Error messages and stack traces
Date and time of the crash
This information is used solely to identify and fix technical issues to improve app stability and performance.
No personally identifiable information is intentionally collected through this process.
Sleep tracking data is never included in crash reports.
While the App functions primarily offline, technical crash diagnostics may be securely transmitted to our error monitoring provider when an error occurs.

Because we do not collect personal information, the App is suitable for general audiences.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).

All app data exists solely on your device.
If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data will be permanently removed.
