The three Migos of housing; RHA, NRHH, and RA all provide unique opportunities and challenges in how leadership is possessed and exposed. Throughout the presentation, we will explore these various leadership styles and understand how we can apply these skills to residential living. Through engaging discussions, students will dissect challenges commonly faced in adapting leadership to diverse environments and collaboratively work towards innovative solutions.
