POLICIES

• I require a 50% deposit before I begin any work. I use this deposit to purchase any and all items that you specify or items I think will go well with what you're looking for. The other 50% I expect when the sim is finished.
• No refunds, no exceptions. If you are unhappy with what I'm doing, you the client are responsible for telling me as I am working, not after I'm finished. If there are small changes you'd like me to make afterwards, I would be happy to do that!
• It is not my responsibility to redo a parcel or a sim if a large number of items get returned or you change sims. I understand accidents happen, but if the accident is so big that it's a completely new project, I won't be able to help you unless I am commissioned again.
• I require 2-14 days to work on your project. Obviously the smaller the land area, the less time it will take me and the larger the land area, the longer it will take me. The time depends on my RL schedule and what you're asking me to do. I'll have a better idea how long it will take me once I receive your order form.
