Slava Holding  Privacy Policy 

This Privacy Policy explains how the Slava Holding mobile app collects, uses, and protects information from residents of Slava City and Mini Slava who use the app.

Information We Collect

When you register, we collect your name, email address, city, and apartment/villa unit number. If you use specific features, we also collect:

• Phone numbers you provide when submitting an inquiry, maintenance request, or Lost & Found post

• Photos you choose to upload when posting to the Lost & Found board

• Your device's push notification token, used to deliver app notifications

We only collect what's needed to provide the features you actually use.

How We Use Your Data

Your information is used to personalize your experience, verify you're a resident of Slava City or Mini Slava, send notifications relevant to your city, and respond to inquiries, maintenance requests, and Lost & Found posts you submit.

Push Notifications

With your permission, we send push notifications about announcements, maintenance updates, and community posts relevant to your city. You can disable these at any time in your device's notification settings.

Data Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud) and is protected with industry-standard security practices, including authenticated access controls.

Data Retention

Lost & Found posts are automatically removed approximately 7 days after being posted. Other account data is retained as long as your account is active.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication and database storage

• OneSignal — push notification delivery

These services may process data on our behalf and have their own privacy policies.

Your Rights

You can edit your profile information at any time within the app. You can also permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app (Account → Delete Account), or by contacting us as described below.
