Privacy Policy — SLATE

SLATE is built privacy-first. Your plans stay on your device. We run no ads, no analytics, and no trackers.
What is stored
Everything you create — tasks, time blocks, routines, and history — is stored locally on your device. There are no accounts and no server-side copy of your data. We cannot see it.
AI features
When you use an AI feature, only the text you provide (your braindump, the tasks you selected, and today's event titles and times) is relayed through Steppe Summit's secure proxy to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your plan. It is used only to produce that result and is not stored by us. No ads, no analytics, and no tracking are attached.
Purchases
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple's App Store. The app never sees or stores your payment details.
Your data, your control
You can export your tasks and history to JSON or CSV from Settings, or erase everything from Settings. Deleting the app removes all of its local data from your device, including any remaining credit balance.
Children
SLATE is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.
