This Privacy Policy explains how Funny Slang Text Translator collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the app.
Funny Slang Text Translator is an AI-powered text rewriting app. You enter text, choose a rewrite style, and the app generates a fun rewritten version of your text.
AI rewrites are generated online. This means the text you enter is sent securely to our backend service and to Google Gemini in order to generate the rewritten result.
Do not enter passwords, private codes, payment card details, government ID numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information into the app.
The app may collect or process the following information:
When you use the AI rewrite feature, the text you enter is sent to our Firebase Cloud Functions backend and then to Google Gemini to generate the rewritten text.
We use this text only to provide the rewrite feature. We do not intentionally store your entered text or rewritten output in your user credit profile.
The app uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication. This creates an anonymous user ID so the app can manage your credits, feature unlocks, and app access without requiring you to create an account with an email address or password.
We may store information related to your app credits and feature access, including:
current credit balance
install credit grant status
credit spending history
rewarded ad credit grants
subscription or purchase entitlement status, if implemented
feature unlock status, such as Unhinged style or higher emoji levels
The app and Firebase services may process technical information needed to operate the app, protect the backend, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors. This may include device or app identifiers, Firebase installation identifiers, app version, operating system version, error information, and request metadata.
The app may show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect or use device identifiers, advertising identifiers, ad interaction data, and related information to provide, measure, and improve ads.
If in-app purchases or subscriptions are added, Google Play Billing handles payment processing. We do not receive your payment card details. We may receive and store purchase or subscription status information needed to grant credits, remove ads, or unlock paid app features.
We use information to:
generate AI rewritten text
manage your credit balance
grant one-time install credits
grant rewarded ad credits
provide purchased credits or subscription benefits, if available
unlock paid or rewarded features
prevent abuse and protect the backend from unauthorized use
maintain, debug, and improve the app
show ads to non-subscribers or non-paid users

When you request an AI rewrite, your text is sent to our secure backend and to Google Gemini for processing.
The AI model may generate imperfect, inaccurate, or unexpected output. The app is intended for entertainment and casual text rewriting. You should review generated text before copying, sharing, or using it.
We instruct the AI system to preserve the meaning of your input and to avoid adding new facts, but AI output may still contain mistakes.
We do not sell your personal data.
We may process data using service providers that help us operate the app, including:
Firebase and Google Cloud, for authentication, backend functions, database, security, and hosting
Google Gemini, for AI text rewriting
Google AdMob, for advertising
Google Play Billing, for purchases and subscriptions, if implemented
These services process data according to their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, to prevent abuse, or to comply with legal obligations.
We aim to keep only the information needed to operate the app.
Anonymous user records, credit balances, credit ledger entries, entitlement status, and related technical records may be kept while needed to provide the app, prevent abuse, handle support requests, and maintain accurate credit or purchase records.
Text entered for AI rewriting is not intentionally stored in your user credit profile. It is processed to generate the requested rewrite. Some technical logs may be retained temporarily by Firebase, Google Cloud, or related services for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service operation.

Because the app uses anonymous authentication, we may need information that helps us identify your app installation or user record. If the app provides a visible user ID or support ID in the future, please include it in your request.
Deleting app data may remove your credit balance, unlock status, and purchase-related app records, where deletion is technically and legally possible. Some records may be retained when required for legal, fraud prevention, security, accounting, or platform compliance reasons.
Funny Slang Text Translator is not intended for children. The app is intended for general entertainment use by users who are allowed to use AI-powered apps and Google Play services in their region.
Users should not submit sensitive personal information about themselves or others.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect app data, including encrypted network connections and server-side handling of AI requests. The Gemini API key is stored on the backend and is not included in the Android app.
