Check-in & Check-out

• Please arrive and depart according to your confirmed booking schedule.

• Late check-out may incur additional charges unless approved in advance.

Occupancy

• Only the registered guests included in your booking are allowed inside the property.

• Additional guests are subject to the applicable guest fee.

CLAYGO (Clean As You Go)

• Please practice CLAYGO during your stay.

• Throw all trash in the designated bins.

• Wash and return used dishes and utensils.

• Keep the unit tidy throughout your stay.

Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.

• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Noise

• Please keep noise at a respectful level, especially during late evening and early morning hours.

• Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not permitted.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.

Safety

• Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use.

• Lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the property.

• Do not tamper with electrical appliances or safety equipment.

Damages

• Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or missing items during their stay.

• Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.

Prohibited Activities

• Illegal drugs, weapons, gambling, and any unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.

Before Check-out

• Return all keys and remotes.

• Double-check that you have all your personal belongings.

• Leave the unit in good condition for the next guest.
