2. Driver Registration and Fees

Before drivers can register on the SL Pick Up platform, they are required to pay a registration fee. This fee must be paid to the bank, and drivers are required to send the payment details to the designated phone number provided in the app. Access to operate the app will only be granted once the payment is successfully processed and registration is complete. During the registration process, drivers must also provide necessary personal and vehicle documentation as outlined in Section 1b.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Provide and maintain the app’s services

• Improve our services and customer support

• Personalize user experience

• Send promotional communications (optional, with user consent)

• Analyze app usage for improvement

• Ensure safety and prevent fraud

4. Google reCAPTCHA

To protect user data and prevent fraud, SL Pick Up implements Google reCAPTCHA. This service is used to ensure that the data submitted to our app comes from a real person and not from automated systems or bots. Google reCAPTCHA may collect hardware and software information such as device and application data, which will be sent to Google for analysis. The information collected by reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: To help provide, analyze, and improve our services.

• Drivers: We share user information with drivers when a ride request is made (e.g., name, pick-up location).

• Law Enforcement: If required by law, to comply with legal processes, or to protect SL Pick Up’s rights.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide services and fulfill legal and business requirements.

7. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can modify your personal information through the app at any time. You can also choose not to provide certain information, but this may limit your ability to use certain features of the app.

9. Location Data

We collect location data from both users and drivers to facilitate ride requests, track routes, and provide real-time updates. Location data is necessary for the app’s functionality and can be disabled only if you choose to stop using the app.

Our services are not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information.
