1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Skyward Bounce (package name com.skyward.bounce), a vertical jumping game for Android (the "App"), handles information. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. The App does not require an account and does not send your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal data to us or to anyone else.
3. Data stored on your device
To work, the App stores the following game information locally on your device only: your best scores, recent run results, games played, and your settings such as sound, control mode and tilt sensitivity. This information is saved in the App's private storage, never leaves your device, and is not accessible to us or to any third party. You can delete it at any time by using "Reset progress" in the App's settings, by clearing the App's data in your device settings, or by uninstalling the App.
4. Internet, advertising and analytics
The App works completely offline. It does not request internet access, does not display advertisements and does not include any analytics, tracking, crash reporting or third-party advertising services.
5. Permissions
The App does not request any permissions. If you choose tilt controls, the App reads the device motion sensor (accelerometer) only while you are playing, to move the character left and right. This does not require any permission, and the sensor data is used instantly for gameplay and is never stored or shared.
6. Sharing of information
Because we do not collect any personal information, we do not sell, trade, rent or share it with anyone.
7. Data retention and deletion
Your data remains on your device for as long as you keep it in the App. Deleting it through the App's settings or uninstalling the App removes it permanently. Depending on your device settings, Android system backup may include app data in your personal device backup, which is controlled by you and your backup provider, not by us.
8. Children's privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no personal information is collected, none is stored or processed by us.
9. Security
Your data is kept in the App's private storage, which is protected by the Android operating system and is not accessible to other apps.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
