TECO Peoples Gas Installing new gas lines throughout Skyview
January 2026 Due to the old outdated gas lines and the safety of all Skyview residents Teco is currently in the process of installing new gas lines throughout the park. In some cases the process involves digging up yards in order to run the new lines. They will be working until the end of March as they met with several delays. If you currently do not have gas service but would like it installed please call them directly.
T-Mobile offering internet plans to Skyview Residents
January 2026 T-Mobile is offering fiber optic internet plans to all Skyview Residents. If you would like to bundle services they also have cell phone plans. To bundle internet and cell phone service there is a discount for combining the two. Call Alex Rios from T-Mobile at 407/917-1017 to sign up or if you have any questions.
Skyview Library
The Skyview Library is available at any time just use your club house key to unlock the door. Lights will come on automatically. When you leave just push the door shut. Lights will turn off automatically. Please don't touch the switches, no need to turn the lights out as they will turn themselves off 20 seconds after you close the door.
TRASH PICKUP (10/2024)
Garbage Collection
Wednesday is garbage pickup day in the park.
Wednesday is also pickup for plant and leaf debris, please place in a separate container no bags.
The 2nd Wednesday of each month for furniture & bulky items.
Question: Can we use the old yellow Recycling bins for trash or plant debris. Answer: from NEW Hauler is Yes. The old recycle bins may be used for trash or plant debris. If using for yard waste only, drill holes in the bottom, then on pickup day, leave the lid OPEN when placed at the curb.
Please place your bin out on Tuesday night by 7pm.
Placement for bins on the same side of the road:
If you live on: Heather Way, Sunway, Bonair, Mimosa, Ardmore, Kimberly, Galaxy, and Sego Ln-east of Spring Drive, place your bins on the NORTH side of the street.
Dover Ln and Sego Ln-west of Spring Dr, place bins on SOUTH side of the street.
Blue Lake north of Sunway, place bins on EAST or WEST side of the street.
Blue Lake stubs, Ted’s street, & Rookey’s street, place bins on WEST side of the street.
