Skyview Estates is a GATED OVER 55 community.  Homeowners OWN THEIR OWN LAND. The HOA fee is $400 PER YEAR. We are NOT an investment community, as you must own your own home for 3 years before you can rent it out. There is a 2 pet limit and aggressive breeds are not allowed. There is a fishing dock and a walking trail within the park that is open to all homeowners, and a compound for boarding boats, trailers, and RV's.

Skyview Estates is not a rental Community. You are buying the Home and the ground that the home sits on. Age restrictions apply. One member of the household must be 55 and all others living in the home must be 45. Prices listed on each home are asking prices provided by the Seller and are subject to change without notice.
