Skyview Estates is a gated, over 55, community.  Homeowners own the land.  The HOA fee is $400.00 per year.  This is Not an investment community; you must own your home for 3 years before you can rent it to anyone.  There is a 2 pet limit and aggressive dog breeds are not allowed.  A nature trail is within the park and is open to all homeowners.   A compound for boarding boats, trailers, and RV's for an annual fee is located in the park, however availability is limited.   Skyview Estates is not a rental community.   When you purchase a home you also own the land which is subject to property tax, there is no lot rent.  Age restrictions apply; One member of the household must be a min. of 55 years old, all others living in the home must be 45 years or older.
