ADDITIONS TO THE
EXISTING COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, LIMITATIONS,
CONDITIONS CHARGES AND USE FOR SKYVIEW ESTATES, INC.
WHEREAS, the members of Skyview Estates Homeowners Association desire to add the following Covenants to the list of existing Covenants, Restrictions, Limitations, Conditions, Charges and Uses, as voted on and passed by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the membership on Monday, February 21, 2022:
XXXVI. Skyview Estates, Inc. shall have the right to enforce all restrictions, covenants, conditions, and charges so that each site owner occupies his or her site in such a way as to abide by the covenants, rules, and by-laws, of Skyview Estates, Inc. In order to assist in enforcing the covenants, rules, and by-laws, the limit for fines and other fees is in the assessed value of the home and land of the residence.
XXXVII. Any issues with Skyview Estates, Inc. shall be brought before the Board whenever possible as a first step in solving the problem. Mediation with a mutually agreed-on mediator will be the next step before taking any problem(s) to court. When an attorney is hired to represent the park for advice, mediation or a lawsuit, the park is entitled to compensation by the opposing side for all legal fees when the park is the prevailing party.

Addition to Park Rules
The following have been approved on March 1, 2022 by the Board of Directors as additions to the Skyview Rules –
1. RE: HOA owned tools – Due to liability issues, tools owned by the HOA can not be loaned out and shall only be used by Board-authorized users.
2. RE: Political signs and flags – In order to promote a friendly atmosphere within the park, political signs and flags shall not be allowed in Skyview Estates.
