Skytrans Airlines passengers are allowed to bring on board one piece of cabin baggage, plus one personal item, such as a briefcase, camera bag or small backpack. Your carry-on baggage must fit into the Skytrans Airlines overhead bin or under the seat in front of you.
Carry-on baggage must not exceed 114 centimeters in combined width, length and height; this includes any wheels and handles– with the exception of some musical instruments loaded in Skytrans Airlines' overhead compartment or under-seat space available during boarding.
Baggage must meet carry-on size limits of Skytrans Airlines.
Due to limited overhead space, Skytrans Airlines passengers flying with 50 seats or less are only allowed to carry one personal item on Skytrans Airlines aircraft.
There is no maximum weight for carry-on luggage.
However, this varies across airports. Visit the Skytrans Airlines website for more information.
When traveling with Skytrans Airlines, a separate excess baggage fee applies for each limit if you exceed the size, weight and quantity. Generally, this varies between geographic areas. Please visit the Skytrans Airlines website for more information and exact fees.
Skytrans Airlines allows a wide variety of sports equipment and special baggage on Skytrans Airlines flights. Due to baggage size, some items may count as standard checked bags. However, Skytrans Airlines will be considered an overweight or oversized item. Therefore, certain charges and restrictions will be imposed by Skytrans Airlines. Please visit the Skytrans Airlines website directly.
Dogs, cats and pet birds (birds are only allowed on Australian domestic flights) can be brought on board for $125 one way to/from most destinations. The fee is $200 for travel outside of Australia.
Pets must fit in a carrier box which, in turn, fits under the seat in front. The carrier counts as one piece of Skytrans Airlines checked baggage.
