Welcome to Sky Step. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. App Description

Sky Step is a fitness-based application that tracks user steps and provides virtual rewards for engagement and activity.

2. Virtual Rewards & Earnings

• All coins, rewards, and benefits in Sky Step are virtual only

• These rewards do NOT represent real money, cash, or financial assets

• Rewards shown in the app are for engagement purposes only and may change, be limited, or be removed at any time without notice

• The app does not guarantee any fixed reward or benefit

3. Advertisements

• The app displays advertisements using third-party services such as Google AdMob

• Some features or rewards may require viewing advertisements

• We are not responsible for third-party ad content or external links

4. User Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

• Use fake steps, automation, or cheating methods

• Manipulate rewards system

• Use modified or unauthorized versions of the app

• Engage in any illegal or harmful activity

Violation may result in suspension or permanent restriction without notice.

5. Reward & Withdrawal Conditions

• Any reward system (if available) is subject to eligibility, rules, and availability

• Rewards may be delayed, modified, or canceled at any time

• The app reserves the right to verify user activity before granting any reward

• No user is guaranteed to receive any reward

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms.

This app is not intended for users under the age of 13.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

Terms of Use – New Update Section

Reward System and Virtual Coins

Sky Step now includes a reward system where users can earn and use virtual coins inside the app. These coins can be used to join contests, super draws, daily cash sections, and other reward-based activities available in the app.

Virtual coins are not real currency. They cannot be directly converted into cash unless the app clearly mentions a specific reward campaign or payout option.

Contest Participation

Users can participate in contests by using their available coins or entries. Each contest may have its own rules, entry requirements, winner announcement time, ticket limit, and reward details.

By joining a contest, the user agrees to follow the contest rules shown inside the app.

Reward and Prize Rules

Rewards shown in the app may include virtual rewards, coins, gift items, cash rewards, or other prizes depending on the campaign. Reward availability may change from time to time.

Sky Step reserves the right to verify winners before giving any reward. If any fake activity, misuse, cheating, bot usage, or unfair participation is found, the app may cancel the user’s reward or restrict access to reward features.

Daily Cash and Super Draws

The Daily Cash and Super Draws sections may not always have active rewards. If no reward is available, users may see a message such as “No daily cash rewards at the moment” or similar information.

Contest and draw results may be announced weekly, daily, or as per the specific campaign rules.

My Wins Section

The My Wins section shows the user’s reward status, winning history, and claim-related information. If the user has not won any reward yet, the app may show a “No Wins Yet” message.

No Guaranteed Earnings

Sky Step does not guarantee fixed income, fixed cash rewards, or guaranteed prizes. Rewards depend on participation, contest rules, winner selection, availability, and app conditions.

Step Count and Reward Eligibility

Rewards or coins may depend on step count, daily goals, check-ins, ad views, or other app activities. If step tracking does not work properly due to device settings, sensor issues, battery restrictions, or permission problems, reward calculation may be affected.

Misuse and Fair Use

Users must not use fake step apps, bots, automation tools, modified APKs, multiple device tricks, or any unfair method to earn coins or join contests. If such activity is detected, Sky Step may block coins, cancel rewards, remove contest entries, or restrict the user from reward features.

Changes to Rewards and Features

Sky Step may update, modify, pause, or remove any reward, contest, coin system, UI section, or app feature at any time without prior notice. This is done to improve the app, prevent misuse, fix bugs, or follow platform rules.

User Agreement

By using the updated version of Sky Step, you agree to the new reward system, coin system, contest rules, ad-based rewards, and all updated app features.
