This Privacy Policy applies to the SkySay Retailer app (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by SkyImf (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"). It is provided as a free service and intended for use "AS IS."

• Read Contacts: Access to your contacts allows the Application to facilitate mobile recharges by enabling you to select contacts for recharging their mobile numbers.

• Write Contacts: The Application can update or add new contacts to your contact list as part of its functionality.

External Storage Data:

• Read External Storage: Access to your device's external storage enables the Application to read and handle data such as images and PDF files shared with the app.

Referral Data Collection

• Branch.io Integration: The Application integrates Branch.io to provide referral tracking, deep linking, and in-app engagement features. This third-party service may collect and use data, including referral and deep link-related data, which is subject to their privacy practices. The Application only shares necessary referral information with Branch.io for processing.

Permissions and Data Access

To deliver its services effectively, the Application requires the following permissions:

• Internet: Enables the Application to access the internet for functionalities such as data fetching, sending, and integrating with online services.

• Read Contacts: Allows the Application to access your contacts to facilitate mobile recharges. This data is used solely for selecting contacts for recharging and is not stored or shared with third parties.

• Write Contacts: Permits the Application to update or add new contacts to your contact list as needed.

• Read External Storage: Grants the Application the ability to read data from your device's external storage, which is necessary for handling shared images and PDF files.

• Access Fine Location: Provides the Application with precise location data to offer location-specific services and functionalities.

• Access Coarse Location: Allows the Application to access approximate location data for features that do not require precise location information.

Intent Filters and Data Handling

The Application utilizes intent filters to handle specific actions and data types:

• Call Support: Allows the Application to initiate phone calls directly from the app interface.

• Google Pay Integration: Facilitates UPI-based payments through Google Pay integration.

• File Sharing: Allows users to share images and PDF files with the Application.

• Deep Linking: Supports deep linking for handling specific URLs related to UPI payments within the Application.

• Branch Deep Linking: The Application supports referral-based deep linking using Branch.io, enabling users to engage with shared content directly within the app.

Third-Party Services and SDKs

The Application integrates third-party services and SDKs that may collect and share user data:

• Google Play Services: Provides essential functionalities such as authentication, location services, and integration with Google Wallet API.

• Google Analytics for Firebase: Collects usage data to help improve the Application's performance and user experience.

• Google Wallet API: Enables integration with Google Wallet for payment processing.

• Branch.io: Facilitates referral tracking and deep linking. This service collects and processes referral-related data, which is governed by Branch.io's privacy policy.

These third-party services have their own Privacy Policies governing their data collection and usage practices. The Application's use of these services is subject to their respective Privacy Policies.

Data Sharing

The Service Provider may share user data with third parties under the following circumstances:

• Legal Compliance: To comply with legal obligations, such as responding to subpoenas or legal processes, and to protect the rights, safety, and property of the Service Provider, users, or others.

• Service Providers: With trusted third-party service providers who perform services on behalf of the Service Provider. These providers are obligated to adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy and are prohibited from using the data for any other purposes.

• Aggregated Data: Only aggregated, anonymized data is shared with external services to aid in improving the Application and its services. This data does not personally identify individual users.

Data Transmission Off Device

You can stop all data collection by the Application by uninstalling it from your device. To do so, follow the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the application marketplace.

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you wish to have your user-provided data deleted, please contact the Service Provider at skyofficial2023@gmail.com, and we will respond promptly to your request.

Children’s Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will take immediate steps to delete such information from our servers.
