All commissions are taken through ko-fi.

• This includes inquires and payments

  • Please do not note me on dA. Similarly, don’t use the chat (it doesn’t work anyway).

  • If you are someone I trust/have worked with before, other payments could potentially be discussed. 

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

• It’s not personal, there are some things that I am either uncomfortable drawing or have some other reason I would like to decline.

I retain all rights to my artwork.

• This means I can use the work for self-promotion or portfolio work.

  • If you would like me to not use or upload your commission publicly, please let me know beforehand. 

You can repost your commissions as you see fit, but credit is required.

• Be it to friends, to other sites, to the dark web, you can post your commission wherever you’d like! As long as you link it back to either my dA or my Ko-Fi!

• You have the right to use your commission for any personal use.

  • This includes for roleplay references or other purposes. 

  • If you’re using it, you can do pretty much whatever you want.

My artwork cannot be used for commercial means.

• Art commissioned from me cannot be used for NFTs, Crypto, etc.

• Similarly, my artwork cannot be used to train AI.

Full refunds will not be given, unless I am unable to complete your commission due to personal reasons.

• Only partial refunds can be provided.

  • Refunds will be given based on how much work I have done.

• Full payment is required upfront for commissions less than $50.

• Payment plans can be discussed for pricier commissions.

By ordering a commission, you agree to accept and follow the listed above terms. 

After I receive payment for a commission, I’ll begin working on it. Here are the steps you can expect to see in the process!

1. You’ll receive a sketch - at which point you may ask for any changes free of charge. 

• Once approved, I will begin to work on the final piece.

2. It will take 2-3 weeks to finish a commission (with the exception of scene commissions that may take longer) unless something comes up in my personal life. 

   • I will keep the buyer informed of these situations as they arise. 

3. Once you receive your final piece, edits (unless they are very apparently my fault, such as a missed marking), will cost extra.
