So, you've done the Loop of Power until it didn't go any bigger. Now it's time for the payoff.
Craft it.
Improve it.
Enchant it.
If you want it done right, you have to craft it yourself.
Dragonbone Bow
Craft a full set of gear from the best possible material, starting with a bow.
You'll also need an unenchanted ring and necklace. Plain gold or silver is fine.
Dragon Scale has the biggest numbers but is also the heaviest. An Armor Rating over 567 does not provide additional benefits. You will eventually be able to reach 567 with any suit of light armor. Consider a lighter material.
Once you get the Unhindered perk at Light Armor 50, the only thing that matters is looks.
Workbench
A Grindstone and a Workbench.
The item to be improved.
1 ingot (or piece) of the main material of the item to be improved.
A Smithing skill of 100, with Arcane Blacksmith and the perks for the material you're working on.
Black Book: The Sallow Regent.
A full set of apparel of Fortify Smithing.
A Potion of Fortify Smithing. If you work quickly, one potion should be enough.
Equip the apparel.
Read The Sallow Regent and choose Seeker of Might (if you haven't already.)
Drink the potion.
Improve the items!
(Don't forget to switch back to your armor.)
Fortify Archery apparel
Note that if you enchant an improved item and you lack the Arcane Blacksmith perk, you will remove its improvement. When in doubt, go for the improvement.
Put Fortify Archery everywhere you can:
Head
Necklace
Hands
Ring
Tip: Rename the items something like Archery 57 Ring.
The rest doesn't matter that much.
Fiery Soul Trap/Chaos Damage
Paralyze
(If you don't have Dawnguard, get the Daedric Smithing perk and craft a Daedric Bow instead.)
Fortify Archery
Waterbreathing
Fortify Alteration (for the Fast Leveling.)
Fortify Stamina Regen (or whatever.)
Fortify Archery
Fortify Carry Weight
Fortify Carry Weight
Fortify Stamina Regen (or whatever, boots don't have great options.)
