Your personal data will be processed and information from your device (cookies, unique identifiers, and other device data) may be stored by, accessed by and shared with third party vendors, or used specifically by our apps. If you disagree with any of the third-party services' terms and privacy policies, please do not use our services.
We do not operate our own servers or databases, and we do not directly store or retain any personal data on infrastructure that we control.
The data described in Section 2 is collected and retained on our behalf by our third-party service providers:
Google Analytics for Firebase retains event and user-level data for a period that can be configured between 2 and 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted, per Google's Analytics data retention policy.
Firebase Crashlytics retains crash and diagnostic reports for a limited period as defined by Google's Firebase data retention practices.
Google AdMob retains advertising identifiers and related data according to Google's advertising data policies.
For full details, please refer to the third-party privacy policies linked in Section 4 above.
Any settings or preferences needed for the app to function are stored locally on your device only, and are permanently deleted when you uninstall the app.
We do not collect usernames, emails, or any account information, and we do not maintain any record linking stored data to a specific person. Because of this, we have no way to search for or match "your" data among what our third-party providers hold using a name or account. In practice, this is how deletion works:
Local app data: Uninstalling the app, or clearing app storage via Settings > Apps > Wormag > Storage on your device, immediately and permanently deletes everything stored locally on your device.
Advertising ID: Resetting or deleting your device's Advertising ID (Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID) immediately breaks the link between your device and any previously collected advertising data, and prevents future data from being tied to your old ID.
Automatic expiry: All data held by our third-party providers (Firebase, Google Analytics, AdMob) is automatically and permanently deleted once it reaches the retention periods described in Section 5, with no request needed.
Manual deletion by identifier: If you can provide a specific Firebase App Instance ID or Google Advertising ID tied to your device, email us at skypiecode.contactus@gmail.com and we will submit a deletion request for that identifier through Google's Analytics User Deletion tools. Without such an identifier, we have no way to locate or delete a specific record, since none of the data we receive is linked to a name, account, or username.
You have the right to:
Give consent: you can give your consent to collect, use and share your data by pressing the checkbox next to the agreement statement. If you want to take your consent back, you need to reset all of your data through the "Reset" button in the "Settings" menu or uninstall our app.
Restrict data processing: you can switch "Restrict Data Processing" on in the "Privacy Settings" menu (you can find a link when you use our applications for the first time) to process only essential data and stop showing personalized ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Ads Settings provided by Google.
Request deletion: see Section 6, "Data Deletion", above for the full deletion process and the options available to you.
All of the user data collected is encrypted in transit using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.
