本プライバシーポリシー(以下「本ポリシー」といいます)は、
（開発者名・屋号をここに記入）(以下「当方」といいます)が提供するアプリケーション
「SkyLine Witch」(以下「本アプリ」といいます)における、利用者情報の取り扱いについて
定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく際には、本ポリシーの内容をご確認いただき、
同意いただいた上でご利用ください。
第1条(基本方針)
当方は、本アプリの利用者(以下「利用者」といいます)のプライバシーを尊重し、
関連する法令等を遵守した上で、利用者情報を適切に取り扱います。
本アプリは、氏名・住所・メールアドレス等、利用者個人を直接特定できる情報を
当方のサーバーへ送信・収集する機能を有していません。
第2条(本アプリが利用する第三者サービス)
本アプリは、以下に定める第三者サービスを組み込んでおり、各サービスの提供事業者が、
それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づき独自に情報を収集・利用する場合があります。
利用者は、以下の各社のプライバシーポリシーもあわせてご確認ください。
(1) Google AdMob(広告配信サービス)
本アプリは、広告の表示のためGoogle AdMob(Google LLCが提供する広告配信サービス)を
利用しています。AdMobは、広告の表示・最適化・効果測定等の目的で、
端末の広告識別子(IDFA)、おおよその位置情報、アプリの利用状況等の情報を
収集する場合があります。
iOSでは、これらの情報のうちトラッキングに関する部分について、
Appleの「App Tracking Transparency(ATT)」の仕組みにより、
利用者が許可・拒否を選択できます。拒否された場合、広告は表示されますが、
パーソナライズ(個人の興味関心に基づく最適化)は行われません。

(2) Apple Game Center(ランキング・実績機能)
本アプリは、ランキング機能の提供のためApple Game Centerを利用しています。
Game Centerの利用にあたっては、利用者のApple IDに紐づくニックネーム(表示名)、
プレイ記録(スコア)等の情報が、Apple社のサーバーへ送信され、処理されます。
これらの情報の取り扱いについては、Apple社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

第3条(本アプリ内に保存される情報)
本アプリは、以下の情報を利用者の端末内(ローカルストレージ)にのみ保存します。
これらの情報は当方または第三者のサーバーへ送信されることはなく、
本アプリを端末から削除した場合、あわせて削除されます。
・自己ベストスコア(距離・コイン数を含む上位記録)
・BGM音量等の設定情報
第4条(トラッキングの許可について)
本アプリは、iOSのApp Tracking Transparency(ATT)フレームワークに従い、
広告のパーソナライズ等を目的としたトラッキングの許可について、
利用者に許可を求める場合があります。
許可するかどうかは利用者の任意であり、許可しない場合でも本アプリの
基本的な機能(ゲームのプレイ等)に制限が生じることはありません。
許可設定は、iOSの「設定」アプリ内「プライバシーとセキュリティ」>
「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
第5条(広告について)
本アプリには、Google AdMobを通じたリワード広告(視聴により特典を得られる広告)、
および全画面広告(インタースティシャル広告)が表示される場合があります。
広告の表示内容は広告配信事業者側のシステムにより自動的に決定されるものであり、
当方が個別の広告内容を管理するものではありません。
第6条(お子様のプライバシーについて)
本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様を主な対象としたアプリケーションではありません。
当方は、お子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
保護者の方で、お子様が意図せず個人情報を提供してしまった可能性があると
お気づきの場合は、第8条の連絡先までご連絡ください。
第7条(本ポリシーの変更)
当方は、法令の変更、本アプリの機能追加・変更等に応じて、
本ポリシーの内容を予告なく変更することがあります。
変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
重要な変更を行う場合は、可能な範囲でアプリ内または本ページ上で
その旨をお知らせするよう努めます。

(2) Apple Game Center (Ranking / Achievement Features)
This app uses Apple Game Center to provide its ranking feature.
When using Game Center, information such as the nickname (display name) linked to
the user's Apple ID and play records (scores) is sent to and processed by Apple's servers.
The handling of this information is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy.

Article 3 (Information Stored Within the App)
This app stores the following information only locally on the user's device.
This information is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers,
and will be deleted together with the app if the app is removed from the device.
- Personal best scores (top records, including distance and coin count)
- Settings such as BGM volume
Article 4 (Regarding Tracking Permission)
In accordance with iOS's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, this app may
ask the user for permission to allow tracking for purposes such as ad personalization.
Granting this permission is entirely up to the user, and declining it will not
restrict any of the app's core functionality (such as playing the game).
This permission setting can be changed at any time from the iOS Settings app,
under "Privacy & Security" > "Tracking."
Article 5 (Regarding Advertisements)
This app may display rewarded ads (ads that grant a benefit in exchange for
viewing) and full-screen ads (interstitial ads) through Google AdMob.
The specific content of the ads shown is determined automatically by the
advertising provider's own systems, and we do not manage individual ad content.
Article 6 (Children's Privacy)
This app is not primarily directed at children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child may have unintentionally
provided personal information, please contact us using the information in Article 8.
Article 7 (Changes to This Policy)
We may update the content of this Policy without prior notice, in response to
changes in applicable laws or to additions or changes to the app's features.
Any revised Policy will take effect from the moment it is posted on this page.
