These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and SKYFIRE ELECTRICAL LIMITED regarding your use of the Skyfire Light: LED Flashlight mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial utilization on your compatible mobile device.
You agree not to modify, alter, decompile, reverse engineer, extract the source code, or create derivative works of the Application.
Battery and Heat Disclaimer: Prolonged or continuous use of the device's LED Flashlight can significantly drain your battery and cause your mobile device to generate heat. You assume all responsibility for monitoring your device's temperature and battery health during extended use.
Strobe / SOS Feature Photosensitivity Warning: The Application includes a flashing strobe/SOS light feature. High-frequency flashing lights can trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy or cause discomfort. Use these features with caution and avoid directing the light directly into the eyes of people or animals.
No Professional/Emergency Reliance: While the app includes an SOS signal feature, it should not be solely relied upon as a primary safety device during critical emergencies or life-threatening situations where dedicated emergency hardware is required.
All rights, titles, and interests in the Application, including the user interface design, "Skyfire Light" branding, custom button layouts, graphics, icons, and code, remain the exclusive property of SKYFIRE ELECTRICAL LIMITED.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SKYFIRE ELECTRICAL LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to device hardware damage (such as LED burnout or battery degradation), physical injury resulting from strobe flash exposure, or property damage arising from your use of the Application.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application, or discontinue features of the app at any time without prior notice.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after revisions indicates your absolute acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
