By downloading, installing, or using the Sky Fire mobile application, these terms automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before playing the game.
1. Intellectual Property & Ownership
The Application itself, along with all graphics, source code, game loops, asset tracking algorithms, audio structures, trade names, and intellectual property rights related to it, remain the exclusive property of Dr. M. Zeeshan Habib. You are strictly prohibited from:
Copying, modifying, or duplicating any part of the game or its assets.
Attempting to extract, reverse-engineer, or decompile the source code of the Application.
Creating derivative versions or translating the game into alternative languages without express permission.
2. Game Modifications & Performance
The developer is dedicated to keeping the game highly functional, stable, and entertaining. We reserve the right to make functional adjustments, balance patches, or update level requirements at any time. The Application is provided to you "AS IS." The developer is not responsible for minor hardware performance fluctuations or frame-rate variations on specific phone hardware setups (such as custom refresh rates or specific device models).
3. Local Progression & Saved Data
Sky Fire operates as an offline-first arcade game. All game-state variables, high scores, unlocked levels, and device setting profiles (including audio state and daytime filters) are saved strictly inside your phone’s local storage media. If you clear your application cache, clear local phone storage data, or uninstall the Application, your progress will be permanently removed. The developer cannot restore lost local save files.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer, Dr. M. Zeeshan Habib, be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your inability to access or play the game, including local file corruption or battery performance patterns during extended play sessions.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to cease support for, update, or terminate access to the game application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these terms will end, and you must discontinue all use of the Application.
