🧑‍✈️ PILOT REQUIREMENTS – SKYELITE AIRLINES

📌 1. Newsky Registration
• Pilots must have an active account on the Newsky platform and be affiliated with SkyElite Airlines.
• The username should preferably match the callsign assigned by the airline.

📊 2. Minimum Rating
• A minimum rating of 6.5 on the Newsky system is required to maintain operational quality standards.
• Applicants with lower ratings may still apply but will undergo a technical evaluation or check flight.

🎓 3. Knowledge and Professionalism
• Basic understanding of IVAO procedures: network connection, phraseology, flight plans.
• Ethical and professional conduct is expected in all operations.
• Familiarity with the fleet (MD-82, A321neo, B737-800) and proper handling of each aircraft type.

📡 4. Activity and Commitment
• A minimum of 2 flights per month must be logged on Newsky.
• Inactivity exceeding 30 days must be justified through internal channels.

🎨 5. Branding and Presentation
• Use of SkyElite Airlines' official liveries is mandatory.
• Participation in events, group flights, or special missions within IVAO Venezuela is highly appreciated.

🛫 6. Admission Process
• Submit the application form or apply directly via Newsky.
• The applicant's history will be reviewed and validated by SkyElite staff.
• Acceptance of this regulation and additional internal rules is required.

📌 7. Discord Visual Identity Regulation
From this version onwards, pilots may optionally use an image featuring the official SkyElite Airlines logo as their Discord profile picture.
