By using Skyclean ("the App") you agree to the following terms.
1. Purpose
Skyclean helps you organize and delete photos and videos stored on your
own device. Deleted files are moved to the system Trash; the user remains
responsible for the contents of the Trash.
2. Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable)
- Skyclean PRO Weekly and Skyclean PRO Yearly are auto-renewing
subscriptions.
- Skyclean PRO Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of
purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least
24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The renewal fee is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the
current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time in your App
Store account settings.
- If you do not cancel during the free trial, you will be charged when
the trial ends and your subscription will begin.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase
a subscription.
3. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
The developer cannot override App Store refund policies.
4. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". The developer is not liable for any data
loss caused by accidentally deleted files. We recommend keeping backups
of important content.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be
announced inside the App.
