These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bebek Vision mobile application. By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard EULA (the "Licensed Application End User License Agreement") which is incorporated by reference.
1. Service
Bebek Vision lets you upload an ultrasound image and generates an artistic baby preview using AI. The result is a creative visualization and is NOT a medical, diagnostic, or genetic prediction.
2. Account
Accounts are anonymous and bound to your device installation. There is no email or password sign-in. Your anonymous device ID is what identifies your account; you can find it on the Settings screen.
3. Subscriptions
• Weekly: period · up to 7 generations per week.
• Yearly: period · up to 336 generations per year.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID's "Subscriptions" settings.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
5. Acceptable Use
• You must be 18 years of age or older to use the app.
• Only upload ultrasound images that you have the right to upload.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models.
6. Intellectual Property
You own the portraits we generate for you for personal use. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the app, its underlying models, prompts, and infrastructure.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output may not always be accurate, complete, or as expected. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
