When you order a coaching session, these conditions apply:
Payment is done before the lesson, if the payment is not received 24h before the lesson starts, the lesson is cancelled.
If the client does not respond 10 minutes after the session has started, the remainder of the lesson will be cancelled and the client will be charged for the full session.
If the client does respond before 10 minutes after the session, the session can be postponed till 20 minutes after the starting time. If the client does not show up 20 minutes after the starting time, the session will be cancelled and the client will be charged for the full session.
If the coach does not show up within 15 minutes after the session has started, the client will receive a refund.
