Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 25, 2026 · Last updated: October 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Skull Cove: Pirate Legends (the "Game", package com.bz.skullcove ), published by 上海汴正信息技术有限公司 (Shanghai Bianzheng Information Technology Co., Ltd., "we", "us"), handles information. The Game is a single-player 3D pirate action-adventure. Gameplay progress is stored only on your device. Optional online features are limited to advertising (Google AdMob) and an optional one-time Remove Ads purchase (Google Play Billing).
1. Information we collect
We do not operate our own analytics, crash-reporting or account system. When ads or in-app purchases are used, Google may collect device and advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, ad interaction data and purchase tokens as described in Google's policies. We do not receive that data on our own servers.
2. Data stored on your device
Your progress (camp buildings, resources, weapons and training, crew, island and map progress, statistics), your settings (music and sound volume, graphics quality, language, vibration), one local backup copy and the optional "ads removed" entitlement are saved in the Game's private storage on your device. This save data never leaves your device and we cannot access it. Deleting the save in Settings clears progress (settings and the Remove Ads entitlement are kept where applicable); uninstalling the Game deletes local data.
3. Save codes and the clipboard
Settings → Save can copy your progress to the device clipboard as a text "save code", and can read a save code from the clipboard to restore progress. This only happens when you tap these buttons. The code stays on your device unless you choose to paste it somewhere yourself.
4. Device permissions
The Game requests Internet and network-state access so that AdMob can load ads and Google Play Billing can process the optional Remove Ads purchase. It may also request the VIBRATE permission (short haptic feedback in combat and at key moments; can be switched off in Settings). It does not request storage, camera, microphone, location or contacts permissions.
5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Unless you have purchased Remove Ads, the Game may show banner, interstitial, app-open and (optionally, when you tap) rewarded ads served by Google AdMob. Ad serving uses Google advertising identifiers and standard ad-request signals. You can limit ad personalization in your device / Google account settings. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google's Advertising / AdMob privacy documentation.
6. In-app purchases (Remove Ads)
Remove Ads is a non-consumable Google Play purchase that removes banner, interstitial and app-open ads. Rewarded ads may remain available if you choose to watch them for an in-game bonus. Purchases are processed by Google Play; we do not receive your payment card details. Purchase status is also stored locally so the entitlement works after restore.
7. Third parties
Third-party SDKs: Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google Play Billing. If you install the Game from Google Play, Google's privacy policy also applies to the store and your Google account.
8. Children
The Game is suitable for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. AdMob may use age-appropriate treatments according to Google policies and your region.
9. Security
Local saves are protected by the Android application sandbox. Network traffic for ads and billing is handled by Google's SDKs over HTTPS/TLS.
10. Your rights
You control local progress via deleting the save or uninstalling. For Google advertising identifiers and purchase history, use your Google account / Play Store controls. Contact us if you have questions about this policy.
11. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the new version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
