Pan-genome analysis of Glomeromycota & study on  lineage-specific diversity and genetic features of Rhizophagus

On multiple Glomeromycota family members, a thorough pan-genome analysis was performed. An automated pipeline known as Bacterial Pan Genome Analysis or BGPA was utilized to obtain core, accessory, unique, and exclusive absent sequences. Using MEGA11, a phylogenetic tree was constructed to investigate their evolutionary relationship also.

Network analysis of exopolysaccharide (EPS) genes

Several bioinformatics tools including String v11.5, Cytoscape v3.10.0 was used to construct a network of several genes that are directly and indirectly related to production of bacterial exopolysaccharide.

Assessment of the influence of three different point sources of pollutants on river water quality and evaluation of heavy metal bioaccumulation in the fish ecosystem

The present study focuses on the evaluation of the river water quality by estimating several physicochemical parameters including pH, temperature, DO, EC, COD, BOD chlorides, sulfates, phosphates, hardness. For the purpose of comparative evaluation of the river water quality, water samples were collected from the three different banks of the Ganga river for a well-organized interpretation. The extended aim of the study was to collect the fish samples from the three above-mentioned sampling points and thereby detect the presence of the heavy metal concentration using atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS).
