By subscribing to or booking any bin cleaning service from SK’s Hygiene Suppliers ("the Company"), you ("the Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

We provide professional cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing of standard wheelie bins using our proprietary scented cleaning solutions and hygiene protocols.

Service frequency is determined by the selected plan: weekly (4x), biweekly (2x), or once-off (1x).

2. Access & Responsibility

Clients must ensure bins are accessible, empty, and outside on the scheduled service day.

Missed or inaccessible bins will not be refunded. Reschedule may be within the day missed and the following day for washing in the next two days unless inadmissible or communicated.

We reserve the right to refuse service if bins contain hazardous waste, animal waste, or materials that could damage our equipment or pose a safety risk.

3. Payment Terms

Subscription plans (R190 / R145) are billed in advance on a 30-day cycle.

Once-off cleans (R65) must be paid before service.

Late or missed payments may result in service suspension.

No refunds for non-compliance, missed appointments, or partially used plans.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel anytime with 7 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.

Cancellations after payment will apply to the following month.

Refunds are issued only when service failure is caused by the Company.

5. Liability & Safety

We use biodegradable, non-toxic chemicals safe for the environment and surfaces, with Pressure washing equipment.

We are not liable for:

•   - Pre-existing bin damage,

•   - Normal wear and tear,

•   - Indirect issues such as pests or health hazards not caused directly by our services.

6. Delays & Rescheduling

Services may be rescheduled within 48 hours due to:

•   - Weather conditions,

•   - Load shedding,

•   - Operational disruptions.

Clients will be notified via SMS or phone.

7. Client Conduct

Aggressive, disrespectful, or threatening behavior towards staff will result in immediate service cancellation with no refund.

8. Terms Modification

We may revise these terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website or shared via email.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
