Lee Lab participated in the Undergraduate Academic Festival (학부학술제) hosted by SKKU Mechanical Engineering. Our undergraduate interns presented their research projects and proudly took home the Excellence Award (우수상), a fantastic achievement for the team.
We also had a great opportunity to introduce our lab’s research directions to interested undergraduates, share what we’ve been building, and hopefully inspire the next wave of future researchers :)

Prof. Lee was invited to give a talk on his recent work at the 2025 Micro-Nano Systems Conference in Yeosu, marking his second conference trip to Yeosu in just two weeks. A busy month, but a rewarding one!
It was another great opportunity to meet researchers from across the micro and nanoscale communities, exchange ideas, and pick up fresh insights. Always a pleasure to connect with new experts and broaden the academic network :)

Lee Lab attended the 2025 Fall KSPE Conference in Yeosu, where our team presented four posters spanning a wide range of projects: a complex 3D printing system (Yun & Taeha), a 3D printing algorithm for scalable fabrication (Taeha & Yun), porous structures for advanced materials (Jiseop, Sungin & Gyunam), and conductive photopolymer development (Chaewon & Hyejin).
Prof. Lee received the KSPE Young Researcher Award, a recognition given to early-career researchers showing exceptional contributions to precision engineering. A proud moment for the lab :)
And of course, no trip to Yeosu is complete without grilled clams. Our lab enjoyed an impressive spread: butter-grilled clams, spicy cheese clams, and classic charcoal-grilled shellfish. A perfect ending to a productive conference trip!

Four undergraduate interns (Dohyeon, Yebin, Jiseong, and Geonhee) and two research interns (Hyejin and Heesoo) shared the research they carried out over the summer. For many, this was their first hands-on research experience, yet their presentations were truly impressive!
We hope this experience sparks even greater motivation for their future endeavors.

Prof. Baik Sangyul (백상열) and Prof. Lee hosted a joint lab meeting.
Both groups had the opportunity to present and discuss their latest research, exchanging ideas and exploring common interests. The meeting was followed by a delightful dinner, where conversations continued in a more relaxed setting.
We hope that this meeting marks the beginning of a more continuous and collaborative relationship, paving the way for future joint projects and research endeavors!
