Just south of Bakersfield is a three-lake complex designed specifically for water sports events. The three lakes site directly adjacent to each other, allowing for multiple events to take place at the same time with easy access to each lake for spectators. The venue has hosted the USA WaterSki National Championships six times (1999, 2000, 2001, 2006, 2007 and 2024)
