FAQ's/Refunds

Placing orders are currently only through my Facebook page (Skinners Crafting) or by email (skinnerscrafting@gmail.com).

My future plan is to start taking orders online!

Skinner's Crafting accepts Venmo, Cashapp. Card, Cash, and Checks.

All payments are due before your order can be started on.

Turn around time is currently 3-6 weeks.

Shipping: Once you've placed your order I will create it and then ship it to you vis USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information once I have completed your order.

Pick Up: After completion of your order, I will inform you that it is done. Pick up will my locally at my house. 

If your tumbler chips because it was dropped, please take a picture and send it via email or Facebook page. I will determine if I can fix it. If so, you will have to pay shipping and a fee of $10.00.

If you'd like to change your order you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. If not, I cannot change your order once I've begun to create it. 

As these are custom and handmade items we do not accept any refunds. Any damage to an item must be accrued at no fault of the buyer. I will not replace cups that have been placed in the dishwasher, dropped, left in direct heat, etc. However, if you receive a damaged product from being shipped please contact us. If you do not reach out to us from a damaged shipping error, we will not fix the issue. I will also need the original item back to assess the damage.
