Background

I am a dual certified Nurse Practitioner. I am licensed to work in the hospital and community setting. Prior to becoming a Nurse Pracititioner I practiced for many years in various capacities as a Registered Nurse.

My husband is Rick and our daughters are Riley & Zoey. I have one son-in- law, Tyler and an adorable little granddaughter, born July 2024.

My Passion

I enjoy finding ways to help myself look better and feel better. There is something very psychologically uplifting and motivational about self care. Self care leads to an improved quality of life and outlook on life. Fortunately, I have the background, knowledge, skill, desire and opportunity to share this joy with others. I want to help fellow women (& men) in this small part of their life journey to find and exude a renewed sense of self confidence and self esteem that I know from personal experience has a strong positive outcome associated with an overall sense of wellbeing.
