This Privacy Policy applies to the Skin Care mobile application (the “Application”) developed by 9FT (the “Service Provider”) and provided as a free service. The Application is offered “AS IS.”
The Application collects certain information automatically when you download and use it, including:
· Device Internet Protocol (IP) address
· App usage data (pages visited, time and date of access, time spent)
· Device operating system
The Application does not collect precise location data.
The Service Provider may use collected information to provide important updates, service-related notices, and app-related communications.
The Application does not collect or store raw facial images, facial geometry, or biometric identifiers.
When you use the face scan feature, facial images are analyzed locally on your device to assess visible skin conditions. From this on-device analysis, the Application generates non-identifiable skin health metrics, which may include:
· Predicted skin age
· Skin health scores (such as hydration level, acne index, or wrinkle score)
· Skin type and condition assessments
· Personalized skincare insights and recommendations
Only the resulting textual and numerical skin analysis data is transmitted to the Service Provider’s backend. Facial images never leave the device and are not stored.
Retention of Face-Related Data:
The Application does not retain facial images, facial geometry, or biometric identifiers. Facial images are analyzed locally on the user’s device and are discarded immediately after analysis.
Only non-identifiable skin health metrics generated from the analysis (such as skin scores, skin type assessments, and skincare recommendations) may be stored on our secure servers to enable personalized recommendations and optional historical skin tracking.
These skin health metrics are retained for as long as the user maintains an active account or chooses to keep their history. Users may delete their stored skin health data at any time through the app settings or by contacting support. Upon deletion, all associated data is permanently erased from our systems.
Skin health data is used exclusively to:
· Generate personalized skin analysis reports
· Provide tailored skincare advice and recommendations
· Suggest suitable skincare products based on skin type and concerns
· Enable optional historical tracking of skin progress over time (if enabled by the user)
This data is used solely to provide skincare-related features within the Application.
Camera access is required to capture a facial image for skin analysis. Images are processed on-device and are not stored.
Photo library access allows users to upload an existing face photo for skin analysis. Uploaded photos are analyzed locally and are not stored or shared.
Notification permission is used to send skincare routine reminders and helpful updates. No face data or personal data is collected through notifications.
The Application does not share facial images or skin health data with third parties.
Only aggregated and anonymized usage data may be shared with trusted third-party services to improve app performance and stability. These services include:
· Google Play Services
· AdMob
· Google Analytics for Firebase
· Firebase Crashlytics
These services do not receive facial images or skin health metrics.
Skin health analysis data is retained to allow users to track skin progress over time and improve skincare routines.
Users may request deletion of their data at any time through the Application settings or by contacting aiapps60@gmail.com. Upon request, all associated skin health data is permanently deleted from the Service Provider’s systems.
Users may stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using standard device or app store processes.
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.

The Service Provider uses reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
