· Local Storage: photos may be stored locally within your app
Important: Your facial images are sent to AI services for analysis. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
Why We Store Face Data:
We store your facial images so that we can display a history of images you have taken in the App, allowing you to view and track your skin health journey over time.
2. Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information when you use the App:

3. Skin Analysis Data

When you use the chat feature, your messages are stored locally on your device to provide chat history functionality.
Your messages may be transmitted to Google Gemini AI solely for the purpose of generating AI responses.
You may delete your chat history at any time. Once deleted, it is permanently removed.

6. Face Data and AI Processing
When you submit a facial image for skin analysis, the image is securely transmitted to Google Gemini AI solely for the purpose of generating skin analysis results and personalized skincare recommendations.
What Face Data We Collect
• Facial images captured using the camera within the App.
• Facial images selected from your device's photo library.
How Face Data Is Used
We use facial images exclusively to:
• Face Detection: We use face detection technology to validate that uploaded images contain a single, clearly visible face suitable for analysis.
• Analyze visible skin characteristics such as acne, redness, pigmentation, wrinkles, pores, dryness, and other skin-related concerns.
• Generate personalized skin health insights and skincare recommendations.
• Track skin analysis history when the user chooses to save scans within the App.
• Face Validation: Before analysis, the App validates that the submitted image contains a single, clearly visible face suitable for skin analysis. Images containing multiple faces, partially visible faces, obstructed faces, or poor image quality may not be processed.
7. Voice Input and Text Processing
When you use the voice input feature, your speech is converted into text within the App. Only the resulting text (not the audio recording) is transmitted to third-party artificial intelligence service providers to generate responses or recommendations.

• Text generated from your voice input
• Chat messages and prompts entered manually
How It Is Used:
• To generate AI-powered skincare advice and responses
• To improve personalization and user experience within the App
8. Third-Party AI Processing
Our App uses Google Gemini AI as the sole third-party artificial intelligence service provider to process user inputs and generate results.
The following data may be transmitted to Google Gemini AI depending on the feature used:
• Facial images (for skin analysis)
• Text inputs entered by the user
• Text generated from on-device voice-to-text conversion
Voice input is processed locally on the device using speech-to-text technology. No raw audio recordings are transmitted to any external service.
Google Gemini AI processes data only to generate AI responses and does not use user data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
9. Data Retention
Google Gemini does not retain your facial images after the analysis required to generate your results is completed.
Within the App, facial images and their associated analysis results may be stored in the History feature so that you can review your previous scans and track changes over time.
Voice-to-text conversion happens within the App. Only text inputs may be stored locally in chat history. Third-party AI providers process the text only to return results and do not permanently store it for training or profiling purposes (as per their policies).
You may delete your saved facial images, analysis history, and chat history at any time directly within the App. Once deleted, this data is permanently removed.
10. User Control and Deletion
You may delete any saved facial image and its associated analysis results at any time through the App. Once deleted, the associated data is permanently removed.
11. Data Sharing
We do not sell user data.
No raw audio recordings are transmitted to any third-party services.
Facial images and text inputs (including text generated from on-device voice-to-text conversion) may be transmitted to Google Gemini AI solely for the purpose of providing AI-powered skin analysis and responses.
We do not share user data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.
All data shared with Google Gemini AI is used only to generate the requested results within the App.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
13. Permissions We Request
The App requires the following permissions:

· Photo Library: To access photos you wish to analyze
