Can I get a refund for my child's tutoring session? 

Your satisfaction with your sessions at Skill Up Hub is important to us. If you're not content with the experience, please reach out so we can explore ways to improve. 

Should a parent or guardian accompany my child during the session? 

For younger children, having a parent or guardian to assist with login and technology is recommended. 

I need to reschedule my child's tutoring session due to an unexpected situation. What's the procedure? 

We understand that conflicts in scheduling can happen. You can reschedule your session up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty. However, rescheduling within 3 hours won't be possible. To acknowledge the teacher's preparation time, we will deduct credits for a full session from your account. 

My child is currently in the middle of a tutoring session, and the internet connection is acting up. What should I do?

If technical issues are preventing you from fully benefiting from the session, please reach out to us. We will investigate to determine if you qualify for a credit.

If you have access to mobile data, please get in touch with us. Alternatively, send a text message to the mobile number provided in your confirmation email. 

What should I anticipate from my child's tutoring sessions? 

Tutoring sessions are designed to be enjoyable and engaging, tailored to your child's needs. Each 50-minute session takes place on our online video platform, eliminating the need for additional video conferencing software downloads. However, it's important to use the latest Chrome browser for the optimal Skill Up Hup learning experience. 

What are the operational hours of Skill Up Hub? 

Our Instructors are at your service 6 days a week, starting from 8am to 7pm PHT. If your requirements fall outside these hours or if you have specific needs, please get in touch, and we will make every effort to connect you with a teacher who suits your needs.

Is there an option for group tutoring sessions? 

As of now,  Skill Up Hub exclusively offers group class programs, one-to-one tutoring sessions to cater to learners' unique learning requirements.

How does the teacher-matching process work? 

Skill Up Hub will assist in finding the most suitable teacher for your child's needs. A verified teacher is assigned based on factors such as your child's grade level, the requested subject, and the preferred time slot.
