I have been working since 2004 related to the field of Customer Service, technical support, Inbound sales, and IT helpdesk with Alorica Phils, Sykes Asia, 77 Global Services, Comodo Phils, and Shore Solutions.
I was able to experience working at home in 2016 from May to September for a credit card processing company named United Payment Solution and only last year that I was able to work full time at home with 3 separate companies Reissi Empire LTD, Night Owl Computer, and PriceDuck LLC but aside from these companies, I was able to work as a part-time credit card processor with Proceed Pay and Astral Energy as an appointment setter from March to December. The two most recent home-based jobs that I had were with Night Owl Computers and PriceDuck LLC. Both campaigns are owned by one client and one of the criteria you're looking for your next employee is the ability to handle eCommerce order processing and customer service. I have experienced those tasks and aside from that, I also have experience fulfilling shipments and talking to the supplier if there are shipping issues that need to be addressed.
Additionally, I have learned Ring Central, Grasshopper, Setup Shopify Store, Oberlo, Aliexpress, MailChimp, XSellco, MOW, Asana, Zendesk, Zoho Email Hosting Setup and Email Response, LiveChat, Formilla, FileZilla, FreshDesk, CyberDuck, TimeDoctor, HubStaff, Magento, ECOM Solutions, EcomDash, BigCommerce, Similarweb.com, MyIP.ms, Sonar-Tool.com, Aliexpress Product Importer, and Loom Video Recorder. I was able to learn on my own how to run Facebook ads on Shopify and use other traffic sources like an Instagram bot. I was able to absorb these platforms by reading, watching videos on YouTube, and training from previous employers.
